This proposal is for a speculative development of 14 apartments on the sea front at Burnham-on- Sea. The building is modern in its appearance and seeks to enhance the location, respecting the scale and form of adjoining buildings but using modern materials and contemporary design to provide a new landmark addition to this coastal location.
